The polymer splint is composed of polymer fiber penetrated by multilayer polyurethane and polyester. It has the characteristics of fast hardening, high strength and waterproof. It is an upgraded product of traditional plaster bandages.

Method of Usage
1.Wear surgical gloves, select proper size of splint according to different parts of body. Open the package, pour the room temperature water (21℃-24℃) into interlayer of splint’s open end. The volume of pouring water according to the size of splint. (The volumeof pouring water is 350ml-500ml. Maximum volume should not more than 500ml)
2. Hold both sides of splint slightly and shake evenly for 3-4 times, complete penetration of water into the splint, pour out the excess water. (Tip: The temperature of water is proportional to set time. The higher temperature shorten the set time, while the lower temperature lengthens it.)
3. Apply Splint to the injured parts, and wrap by common bandage or elastic bandage, keep proper tension, excessive tighteness will affect the blood circulation of injured parts.
4. Splint should be operated within 3 to 5 minutes after immersion in the temperature water. Within 10minutes after the molding, injured parts can not move before the sufficient cure of splint. Bear weight after 20-30 minutes.
